Ariadne's Books
The Elemental Pentology

This five book series begins with Alabaster, and takes us on a tense ride through history to understand why there is intense conflict between the two factions. With Norse influences - including Ragnarök, Yggdrasil, Thor, and Baldr - and more modern elements - such as cybernics and AI - this is a blended hybrid of styles which offer a dynamic character driven, and inclusive, story through the whole series.

The five key elements are represented by the main female character in each book – the embodiment of the elements as Goddesses. Each book introduces another element, so we start with the Elemental Goddess of Spirit, then add in Water, Fire, Earth, then Air. The series is layered, with a diverse and representative cast of characters who are delightful, disposable, and devious. These are flawed and morally-grey characters who challenge loyalty and perception.

The story tracks the five Goddesses as they attempt to reclaim their world from an ancient God who claimed it thousands of years earlier, and exiled them. It took them years to claw their way back, and they will do all it takes to succeed – including sacrificing those they love and preparing for war.

A war which changes everything for the world.

The timeline overlaps, so they need to be read in order. Each book adds more detail, more layers, and more clues - like a Russian Doll. It explores how the world has been impacted by the decline of the matriarchal society in favour of a patriarchal one. It explores how women are reclaiming their place. And how the world has been damaged by neglect. This is all presented in a way that's exciting to read, with characters you will come to love, to hate, and, maybe, to mourn.

Path To The Dark Moon

'You don't have to take his venom, not tonight,' she said calmly, her own words laced with salt, 'he's already hurt you enough.'

When Matilda Harrow stumbles across a hidden labyrinth, in the ruins of an ancient church, she sets in motion a cycle which will deliver change. The twisting path leads her to a chamber, a goddess, and a chance for transformation.

Matilda has been trapped in a relationship, too scared to leave; Callan Marwood uses his skills as a doctor to keep her compliant and to keep her dependent. She had tried to escape before, and failed, with the knitted bones and terrifying memories to prove it.

Resigned to a life numb and broken, she is cautious when Lilith offers to help. Yet, in the darkness of the labyrinth stirs a rage waiting to be claimed, a primal power to ready to emerge into the light, destined to provide salvation or death.

Discover the journey, one step at a time.

Vore

The Bratva. A poisoner. A rival crime organisation.

Three threads destined to collide.

The moment Vadim Morozov sees Anara Eden, his heart is claimed. And when the opportunity arrives to meet, he does not hesitate; deflecting potentially deadly attention from Septer soldier Kassian Garner. Publicly stating Anara is his wife surprises everyone.

But Anara has secrets. She is cautious about lowering her carefully constructed barriers which protect her life. Though her instincts suggest Vadim is safe, betrayals and manipulations from the rival crime group force her to question her perceptions.

Their connection fractures in the conflict between Vadim's Bratva and Mace Kersey's Septer. And with the rumours of a poisoner targeting men, both fraternities are alert to threats, unaware it is Anara who is conducting this underground act; removing problematic men to ensure women are protected.

The consequences of Vadim's declaration, and the choices Anara makes to pursue justice and attempt to align her heart with her head, have the potential to ruin everything.

Vore is a feast of sinful delights. A series of challenges and ruthless decisions made to navigate a developing romance. Deceptions and morally dark acts threaten to devour the opportunities offered to forge a united future.
